We process only what SayAll needs to work
This policy applies to the SayAll iOS app, Mac app, and sayall.app website. SayAll requires no account and does not upload microphone recordings to developer-operated servers.
Data sent between your iPhone and Mac
Only while you actively record, the iPhone sends microphone audio over a local connection to your own Mac. SayAll does not upload or save those recordings. Nearby device names, pairing identities, and connection metadata are used only to discover, authorize, and maintain connections between your devices.
Data stored on your devices
The app locally stores your language choice, trusted installation identity, and rotating diagnostic logs. The trusted identity is protected by the system Keychain; deleting the app or clearing its configuration requires authorization again.
- Diagnostic logs exclude audio, button content, IP addresses, verification codes, and keys.
- Logs leave your device only when you explicitly use Share Logs.
- Microphone and local-network permissions are used only for voice and nearby connections you initiate.
Anonymous website analytics
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and Workers Analytics Engine to understand page visits, query parameters, and key entry-point usage. Analytics may include an anonymous tab identifier, page path, broad device category, referring host, and bounded campaign parameters.
We do not upload full referrer URLs, IP addresses, names, email addresses, voice, device fingerprints, or download contents. Query parameters are recorded only as names and values; sensitive values are replaced with [redacted] and all query data is subject to length and quantity limits. We do not use this data to track you across websites.
Third parties and contact
Apple provides TestFlight and App Store distribution, GitHub hosts source and release files, and Cloudflare hosts the website and provides anonymous analytics. Each service processes operational information under its own privacy policy.
For questions, feedback, or deletion requests concerning information you voluntarily submitted, email support@sayall.app or contact us through GitHub Issues.
